I am definitely not a Green breakfast kind of gal, but after hearing about the benefits of Green Smoothies I had to invent my own version.
Here it is for two portions:
- 1 cup of Kale
- 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup of Pineapple
- 1 Banana
- A dash of Maple Syrup
- A little bit of Water or Orange juice so your blender can blend the Kale
- Cereal or Granola to top it off
To me this is the perfect mix of Health & Green!
