So you want to learn a little bit more about us?
We met between two university classes, in a Montreal Coffee Shop, and have been friends ever since!
Since then, we graduated, we traveled in Europe, Asia and Central America, worked together, moved out in our own apartments, learned to cook and became best friends with yoga mats and green smoothies.
We’ve grown to love cherishing our bodies and minds with a fun and healthy lifestyle and embracing simple thrills daily. Join us as we share our tips and tricks for a balanced life!
Update: We’re now living a few thousand miles apart as Gabrielle just left for the adventure of a lifetime a Master’s in Australia. While we are nowhere close to each other, we’re hoping to use the blog as a way to stay in touch and share the best of the next few years. Gabrielle already has a few adventures to write about …
